Senior Infants

Na Fáinleoga

Welcome to Kate’s Senior Infants!

Our class is called Fáinleog, meaning Swallow in Irish and we are in room 4 this year. Katie is working in our class as an SNA this year. We are delighted to be back in school and with our friends! We’ve had a great few weeks settling back in and have already learnt new songs, nursery rhymes, numbers and words while also revising our work from last year. In our class we are very kind, hardworking and have a range of talents that we love to share with the class. We love to keep active as well as taking time to reflect and practice mindfulness and relaxation. We have lots of fun everyday! We really enjoy learning and using our Gaeilge, learning new Maths concepts, keeping active in P.E., dancing and handwriting. We also love working and playing together to explore and learn about our new Aistear themes. We’re looking forward to learning new tricky words, numbers, our uppercase letters in cursive writing and lots of new topics this year. We can’t wait to share all of the exciting things that we will be doing with you all on Twitter! Thanks for visiting our page!
